A Canadian woman who grew up on a farm, Susan, was reported to have met the guy who started with the fairy tale led to a wedding which she wanted on the tropical island of Aruba, Venezuela.
The budget of the wedding was reported to have stood at $ 60,000 (£ 47,000), and she had to request that her guests donate $ 1,500 (£ 1,150) each, which they refused and she canceled the wedding.

In an epic Facebook post which has gone viral, she explained how everything fell apart.
"So our request for $ 1,500 from all other guests was not out of the f * cking ordinary," she said.
"Like we made it clear. If you could not contribute, you could not make it to our exclusive wedding. It's a once and [sic] a lifetime party.
"I mean seriously people, what is $ 1,000? What is $ 1,500? Clearly, not a lot. It would be quite manageable and within budget. I've heard of people asking for worse. "
Despite her plea, people did not take off the idea of giving away such amount for a wedding, so she set up a Go Fund Me page to secure fundraising, but that also fell through.
Initially she had the support of her future husband's family and her best friend, but they actually dropped out.
"Suddenly more people backed out. Including the c * nt made of honor [sic]. My best friend since childhood. My family
"I was so shocked and tearful. To make matters worse, it was only a month before the wedding. To cancel everything would be more than $ 5,000. "
Susan's partner still wanted to get married despite being unable to afford the grand wedding they had envisioned, so I suggested eloping to Las Vegas.
"I laughed in his face but he was dead serious," she said.
"I've wanted those cheap, raggedy, filthy, whore-like Vegas weddings. I mean what the f * ck, was he out of his mind? Am I some Hooch piece of f * cking trash, a hooker? '
"My ex left the room and did not apologize for his horrid suggestion. I then called my maid of honor and cried my eyes out.
"Instead of sympathy, I was told I was asking for a way too much and I should stick to my budget.
"I just wanted to be to Kardashian for a day and then live my life like normal. I called her a filthy f * cking poor excuse of a friend and hung up. "
