Galtier confirmed that Mbappe is PSG's second captain, now the player the Frenchman is unexpectedly requesting

PSG's French striker, Kylian Mbappe, received surprising news from his coach when he confirmed that he is the second captain of the team behind Marquinhos and above Prinsel Kimpembe, who did not like this decision at all.

 Now, it seems that the French striker is taking his role as captain seriously and is asking the Paris Saint-Germain board for a player.  It is a player who could contribute in the midfield and also play on the flanks, when necessary.  He is an element that Mbappe knows well from his time at Monaco.

According to The Sun, Kylian Mbappe has reportedly applied to sign Bernardo Silva from Manchester City.  The 28-year-old formed a feared Monaco attack in 2016 alongside Kylian Mbappe, where they both managed to become champions in France and were semi-finalists in Ligue 1. Now, 'Donatello' wants him as a teammate at PSG.

 FC Barcelona has been attentive to his evolution these past months since Xavi Hernandez liked him a lot, but the interest desisted and it seems that the player's plans are in another destination.  This could be Paris Saint-Germain, as Mbappe is pushing for his arrival at the Parc of Princes.

According to SPORT, Bernardo Silva is willing to leave Manchester City in 2023, specifically in the summer, believing his cycle with the Citizen team is over.  Despite being an undisputed starter in Pep Guardiola's team, he has already assured that if there is something new that convinces him, he will surely decide to change his project.
