Just In: Chelsea are in contact with AC Milan striker Rafael Leao
As new contract talks between Milan and Leao stall, Chelsea have made contact with the player's management team.
The sticking point for Milan is an €18m fine due to Sporting by Leao over the way he left.
La Stampa says Chelsea have assured the player they will cover the fine if he agrees to leave Milan this summer.
Milan have insisted Leao will only leave for €150m.
