Cristiano Ronaldo was hoping for someone to join Al Nassr, but it doesn't seem like it's going to happen.

Cristiano Ronaldo is once again trending, and has been so all January, as he announced his historic arrival at Al Nassr at the beginning of the month, with a gigantic 200 million a year contract.  Now, the Portuguese legend just got some bad news regarding an Al Nassr signing.

It turns out that a couple of weeks ago, a strong rumor surfaced about a juicy offer from Al Nassr, to reunite the two, who coincided at Real Madrid for many years, and won many titles including four UEFA Champions League, making history in the  sport.

The information comes from Tom├ís Roncero, journalist of the newspaper Diario As.  The Spaniard claims that Luka Modric has already decided to reject the multi-million dollar offer from Al Nassr, so unless something strange happens in the next few days, Luka Modric will not play with Cristiano Ronaldo again.

 CR7's current affairs in Arabia:
Cristiano Ronaldo has not started his Saudi Arabian journey on the right foot, as he has two games, zero goals and zero assists, in addition, they were eliminated from the Saudi Arabian Super Cup, a trophy that Al Nassr could perfectly win.  Cr7 will have to step up before fans get desperate.
