Jurgen Klopp "talked to the target of Real Madrid" before the potential summer move to Liverpool

Gabri Veiga has a great breakthrough season in the League. The 20-year-old has nine goals and three mid-field assists this season, and scored in Celta Vigo's win over Espanyol last weekend.

Not surprisingly, Veiga's performances caught the attention of the whole of Europe, and a summer move is very likely for the young. He has a 40€ discharge clause in his contract, which should not deter a lot of clubs.

Real Madrid has registered an interest in Veiga, but they are going to compete for its signature. According to El Nacional, Jurgen Klopp hopes to fly a walk on Los Blancos, and told Veiga about a possible move to Liverpool in the summer.

Despite his interest in Liverpool, as well as other Premier League teams,  With Arsenal and Newcastle United, Veiga is looking forward to joining Real Madrid this summer. As long as he's out of Celta Vigo.

However, if Real Madrid is slow to move for Veiga, they may have to miss one of the most brilliant talents of Spanish football.
