Burna Boy and Tems, two Grammy-winning artists from Nigeria, make their Met Gala debut in 2023, one of the biggest fashion and charity events in the entertainment industry.

The event, which regularly takes place on the first Monday in May, featured "Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty" as its 2023 topic in memory of the late fashion designer, who passed away in 2019.

The African Giant star and the 'Crazy Tings' singer did not let their fans down as they attacked the red carpet in a risky yet outstanding sense of style.

Burna Boy is depicted wearing a uniform of matching black and blue clothing with a light check pattern, along with a generous extension of the same material flowing behind him.

Tems wore a black-and-white outfit; the dress, one of Robert Wun's newest distinctive styles, had a corset-like black top, a flowing white finish at the bottom, and elbow-length gloves.

The reason I have more followers than Wizkid and Burna Boy

David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, is a well-known Nigerian Afrobeats singer who just revealed why he has the most fans in Africa.

David claimed in a social media video going viral that his friendliness and likeability have contributed to the growth of his fan base.

The singer added that the reason he has more followers than his rivals Burna Boy and Wizkid is because they don't post on social media as regularly as he does.

Davido, who has 13.4 million Twitter followers and 26.9 million Instagram followers, said he spends quality time on social media.
